Encouraging Vocalisations
Children start to make noises/sounds before they use words.
This is an important stage that children go through, and this may help lead to speech.
If your child is beginning to experiment with different sounds, please read the document below to find ways of encouraging them to make new sounds and to work towards the next step of attaching meaning to their vocalisations.
