Year 3 Introduction

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your children to Year 3. 

The teachers are:  

Mrs. Parker-Gorman, supported by Mrs. Windley and Mr Simpson in Giraffe Class . 

Mrs. Griffiths, supported by Mrs. Yeakes and Chelsea in Zebra Class. 

Miss Harris, supported by Mrs. Brisley in Elephant Class.

We look forward to sharing our learning journey with you as the year progresses, through our year group page. Please check for regular updates! 

The children will need named PE kits (blue/black shorts, white T-shirt, plimsolls)  for PE lessons.  Additional outdoor Games kits (preferably trainers,  warm tracksuit bottoms and tops),  will be needed for outdoor PE lessons as the weather gets colder. We request that PE kits remain in school during term time.  We will send them home at the end of each term, for washing. Please can we ask that all long hair is tied back and earrings are removed or covered with micropore tape on PE/Games days, which needs to be provided from home. 

The children are welcome to bring in a healthy snack for morning play, as fruit is not provided for children in Key Stage 2.
