Engagement project
The engagement project at Whitfield Aspen School aims to re-engage children in school or to maintain engagement for children in school. We use the child's interests, skills and abilities to design learning pathways that support their ability to engage in school and in the classroom.
This could include off site visits, working with key professionals who visit school, outside learning such as forest school and many activities within school designed to support each child to reach their full potential.
We also support other schools in our local district to do the same so that all children can thrive within school.
