Vector drawings
This term, in ICT, the children are learning about vector drawings - creating digital images using PowerPoint software. In this lesson, they were tasked with creating a simple house that included windows, a door, and a roof. All other embellishments were their ideas - I especially liked the footpaths leading up to the front door and the trees, which they created using the shapes available to them. All colour choices were their own.
We will add further as the term progresses to show progression in their work.
DSC Volleyball
We have been fortunate to have Joe and Danny running a volleyball session for all year groups over the day. It was fun, high-energy, and quick-paced as the children completed to keep the volley past 11 - a score set by Year 4 (they did!)
