Whitfield Aspen Staff, Parents and Friends Association

Whitfield Aspen School
Mayfield Road, Whitfield, Dover, CT16 3LJ
Registered Charity No: 1120982

WASPFA is a charity created for the purpose of raising money to support Whitfield Aspen School, whilst aiming to provide fun experiences and events for pupils and their families.

Please bear in mind, all WASPFA events are run by volunteers with their own children and jobs, whose time is given for free. As their time is limited they may not always be available to speak to, therefore it would be helpful if parents and pupils could follow any instructions regarding events provided by letter, on our Facebook page or sent via the Home Connect text message or email service.

WASPFA events are not organised or run by the school, therefore any enquires should be directed to WASPFA (contact details below) and not school staff.

All feedback is welcome, but please keep it polite. WASPFA will not tolerate any abuse directed at its volunteers.

If you are interested in volunteering at WASPFA events please contact us or come and find us. We’d love to hear from you!

Dates for your Diary

Friday 14th June: Quiz Night

£3.00 per person with a maximum of 8 people to a team.

Arrive at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

Book a table to receive a free bottle of wine!

Thursday 27th June: Summer Fete 2pm - 5pm

We are holding a Summer Fete to try and raise £711.00 to pay for Samba instruments so that Samba lessons can be given to whole classes across the school and not just with the school Samba Band Club.

If we are lucky enough and manage to raise even more we would like to be able to purchase some African Djembe drums at a cost of £457.00 so that whole classes across the school can take part in drumming sessions.
