The Ten Commandments

This week we are going to learn about 'The Ten Commandments'.  The story about Moses receiving 'The Ten Commandments', is written about in both the Bible, the book read and followed by Christians, and also the Torah, which is the holy scripture for the Jewish faith.

I have given you a film to watch, on YouTube, which tells you about Moses, and how he helped the Israelites.  It also explains how God gave Moses 'The Ten Commandments'.  The film lasts about 25 minutes, but explains the story quite clearly and simply.

Once you have watched the film, there is a power-point slide show for you to have a look at, which will explain in a little more detail, what 'The Ten Commandments' say.

After you have looked at the power-point there is a worksheet for you to complete.  I would like you to choose one commandment, and to draw a picture to illustrate it.
