Summer Camping 3: Midsummer Meadow

Here is the third programme in this series.  In this programme you will be using an imaginary compass to search for a nearby meadow.  Once you have located the meadow, you will move like the tall meadow grasses blowing in the breeze or travel like busy fluttering insects.  You will also imagine you are taking part in an outside game such as frisbee, cricket, rounders or football.
