At last we have been able to enjoy some Spring-like weather. I hope you were able to get outside for a walk or to play in the garden or at the park.
Did you notice any signs of Spring while you were outside?
I have some green shoots erupting through the soil in my garden. I also saw some tiny lambs with their mums in a field, at the weekend.
I hope you enjoy today's dance programme. It is the first of a series of programmes about 'Spring in the Garden'. This programme is called 'Worms on the Move'.
Now that we are beginning to enjoy some better weather, you may be able to get outside more often to do some exercise.
Here is a suggestion for some exercises you can practice which will benefit your fitness, but will also help you develop some sports skills.
The slideshow will give you some instructions about the skills being taught in this first 'Circuit Training' lesson. You may need to improvise some of the equipment, but I am sure, with a little imagination, you will be able to come up with some alternative ideas.
