Mindful meditation can really help you to clear your mind and focus on the present moment. The website below is free to sign up to and is packed full of both short and longer calming meditation programs for children to follow and feel relaxed. Some of our Year 3's will have had some experience with these sessions at the start of the year!
Guided meditations are short meditations that give you the opportunity to feel relaxed and calm for a little while. You can switch off from the outside world and just focus on you! It is important that you feel comfortable in your surroundings when you are doing these and are able to relax and focus on your breathing.
Some of the guided meditations are online for you to listen to independently and I will also include some scripts that can be printed out and read by parents too.
