Tudor art

 

This week, we would like you to create a Tudor inspired drawing based on one either Henry, his children (Mary, Elizabeth or Edward), or one of the many wives! 

 

First, I would like you to remind yourselves how to draw a face in profile by watching the following video. Have a practice by drawing your own face afterwards. Ensure you make good use of the paper you are using by filling the space you have available.

Bear in mind that the artist has used a whiteboard and pen to do theirs. While you will be using paper and pencil, you can still add the lines to your portrait by sketching lightly with your pencil and not attacking the paper with a heavy hand.
