Lots of activities have been set for each child. Have a look through and choose some to do. Activities have been set for Phonics, maths and topic.
I will be setting tasks every few days. Please check out the 2Dos tab at the top when your child is logged in. Please repeat the set tasks until you can get 100%. I will be logging on to see how well you are doing! Thank you to those of you who have been logging in and doing your work. Please remember to save your work so I can mark it and upload some onto our class display board. Lots of new tasks added and audio instructions have been added too - in case you are missing my voice!!

We like to have fun in Eagles class and be engaged in our learning.
Last term the girls had a fun treat. Harriet is the young ambassador for the National Autistic Society and we got invited to Kent College Hair Salon for the morning. The girls had an amazing time ... Thank you so much for spoiling us!
We are learning to be independent workers and that it is ok to make mistakes along the way.
We enjoy learning both inside and outside of the classroom.
To help us learn how to stay safe in the community we visit lots of different places.
This term we will continue to have lots of fun learning. We will visit Aylesham Library and continue swimming at Kingsmead Leisure Centre. Our topic famous people and we have chosen to learn about Sir David Attenborough. We have been learning about life in the oceans and in English we have been reading the book The Snail and the Whale. In maths we are learning our 2s, 5s and 10s times tables. We have been learning to count using these different multiples, grouping and sharing. We have also been using online games to support our times tables learning.
We have been sewing to make our Mummies a lovely surprise! We have had lots of fun designing and beginning to make our own ugly fish and sea creatures using papier mache.
Our class story book is The Twits - we had great fun making Mr Twit's beard in cooking using a recipe from Roald Dahl's revolting recipe book!
Every Thursday we have P.E so please make sure your child has their kit in school.
Wednesdays we do cooking.
On Thursdays we walk to the local Library.
On Fridays we go swimming.
Please ensure that your child brings a coat to school now that the weather is getting colder.
